Unlike the dystopian world of Snow Crash, this story presents the Metaverse as a pop culture wonderland, filled with references to 80s movies, video games, and nostalgia-driven challenges. But behind the adventure lies a serious question: Who should control the Metaverse—users or corporations?

What Can We Learn from These Stories?

Both books offer a vision of the future that is becoming increasingly real today. With tech giants investing billions in VR, AI, and blockchain, we must ask:
